This is an ongoing project which seeks to impart skills necessary to equip the young people, those who failed to proceed to high schools and colleges, with the necessary skills for the job market.

TCA seeks to equip them with hairdressing skills, masonry skills, carpentry skills, tailoring skills, music skills and many others. Equipment for the above skills are sought to train and equip them for the job market.
