Over the years, those children who had been under TCA’s support have now grown to become youths and some young adults. Many of these have been members of the TCA’s Bible Club; The SUPERBOOK CLUB.

The Bible is the Super book. These ended up receiving Salvation in Jesus Christ and as a result, discipleship programs were started to teach the in the ways of the Lord. As a result, there was a need to start a Christian fellowship which morphed into a church. Some of the children in our community projects and the youth started inviting their parents or guardians to this church. The church is young but growing. In many cases, churches begin Children’s projects, but in the case of TCA, Children’s project gave birth to a church.

There are opportunities for Churches and missionaries to partner with TCA Church and to come up with Christian youth and mentorship programs to guide them in their crisis age. TCA has a raft of plans to start short courses for them as well as training them in various skills. They have already formed a dance group, The Hurricane Dancers, which is on YouTube. They have composed their own Christian songs which are in both English and Swahili.
